Join instructor Leah Garcia for a restorative, chilled-out, all-levels yoga class at Artisan Distillery & Drinks in San Antonio Texas, San Antonio’s first ever Vodka distillery! 

After class, treat yourself to one of Artisan’s signature cocktails. Pick from their wide selection of vodkas, whiskeys, beers, and mixed drinks.

This class is suitable for all-ages and all levels. No experience required.

Bring your own mat! Please come to this event with your yoga mat, a small towel, and a bottle of water.

Yin Yoga is a floor practice of holding poses (asanas) for longer than other styles of yoga (2-5 minutes in this session) in order to engage the deep connective tissues of the body, stretch the muscles, relax the nervous system, and stimulate self-nurturing and stress-release. These passive poses work to stimulate your energy channels and create calm, balanced energy. This is a slower-paced class, working to improve the flexibility of our joints, bring the body and mind into harmony, and rejuvenate the body’s vital energy. 

Class will begin with a short seated meditation.

Class is ALL-AGES. Must be 21 with a valid ID for after-class cocktails.

Tickets are $18.00. Yoga mat and props will not be provided.
